SCOPE OF WORK
Debris Removal: Remove all debris, old vapor barrier and dead animal from the crawlspace and away from home (1,172 sq ft).
20-Mil Liner Vapor Barrier: Heavy-duty 20 mil liner; measured and cut on-site, installed and taped on seams and corners; sealed around above-ground plumbing lines (1,172 sq ft).
Borafoam Wall Insulation: Foam wall insulation along perimeter walls, approximately 2-inch gap from the soil (128 linear ft).
Rim Joist Insulation: R-19 batt insulation in the rim joist band to block outside air from entering the crawlspace (128 linear ft).
Dehumidifier with Condensation Pump: AprilAire dehumidifier with companion condensate pump (1).
Electrical Outlet: Electrical breaker with GFCI outlet and light (1).
Seal Vents: Seal crawlspace vents to block outside air (1).
Crawlspace Door: Crawlspace door made of PVC board (1).
Permit and Inspections: Building permit and inspections (1).

NOT INCLUDED:
- Hardwood floor, tile, or subfloor replacement
- Structural repairs
- Mold chemical treatment

Notes:
**Existing mold growth goes dormant once the crawlspace is dried out.
**Buried plumbing lines are left in place; above-ground lines are wrapped under the vapor barrier and foam-sealed around.
**Military discount applied.
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.

Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
